Move into a double room for two in a shared apartment, on Koszykowa 30 in Śródmieście, on the 1st floor with an elevator. Available for long-term rent, a good fit for couples or two friends sharing, and for students and young professionals.
Price
Monthly rent: 1900 PLN. Fixed utilities fee: 450 PLN/month per person (internet included). The rent already includes a 100 PLN discount for on-time payments.
Rate based on a 12-month contract. For a shorter or longer term, get in touch and we will work something out, we are flexible.
